Eastchester Community Action Partnership (ECAP) is a community based, non-profit organization, located on Main Street in the Village of Tuckahoe which serves the residents of Eastchester, Tuckahoe and Bronxville. Among the invaluable services ECAP provides is their Kitchen and Pantry which distributes fresh fruits/vegetables/meats and poultry each month, ready-to-eat food and baked goods daily, and provides free emergency food service to anyone in need.

Since 1986 Community Service Association has provided the Mount Vernon community with programs that nourish not only the physical but the social and psychological needs of the poor. Four nights a week CSA provides free, delicious and nutritious meals to anyone in need, with no eligibility criteria needed whatsoever. They also offer a bagged lunch for the following day.
